Sports Scientist | Yoga & Pilates Teacher | Educator - Greece
With a solid background in Sport Science and a Master's in Human Performance and Health, Filippos has dedicated his professional life to the study, practice, and teaching of movement and well-being.
His journey began with Pilates, naturally expanding toward yoga - a desire to explore not just physical strength and mobility, but also the deep connection between body, mind, and consciousness. This passion brought him to India multiple times, where he deepened his studies through direct immersion in traditional yoga teachings.
He completed his integrative vision through training in Reiki, Sound Healing, Ayurvedic Massage, and Thai Yoga Massage. Since 2013, he has led his own Yoga and Pilates studio in northern Greece, and in recent years has focused increasingly on education and mentorship - developing instructor training programs and contributing to the preparation of a new generation of teachers.
Movement is not just a physical practice - it is a powerful tool for transformation, consciousness, and lifelong health.
A slow, intentional movement practice in which breathing is guided and regulated through sound.
Based on the principles of resonance frequency breathing, this approach supports the regulation of the autonomic nervous system and improves heart rate variability. The carefully constructed sequences synchronize breathing, sound, and movement into a coherent and profound experience.
What to expect
An invitation to step outside classic sequencing patterns and explore movement with curiosity and freedom.
Rather than organizing practice into fixed categories, this class encourages exploring transitions and alternative pathways between poses - with an emphasis on adaptability, fluidity, and approaching movement from multiple perspectives.
What to expect
A session dedicated to building the foundation for hand balance - progressive, structured, and accessible to any level.
Through a step-by-step approach, participants will explore weight transfer, upper body organization, and coordinated muscle activation. The practice includes preparatory exercises designed to develop strength, stability, and balance in a safe and efficient way.
