Lindsay Jay - Flow Dance Meditation

Lindsay's yoga journey began in 2007, during her training as a professional dancer - discovering the profound connection between movement, discipline, and inner balance. What started as a personal practice quickly transformed into a remarkable international career.

Known for her dynamic and energetic style, Lindsay blends traditional yoga principles with modern fitness techniques, creating a unique experience that develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and mindfulness. She is especially passionate about Vinyasa Flow Yoga, where movement and breath create a powerful rhythm that energizes body and mind.

In recent years, she leads Yogafit Retreats in Ibiza, hosting over a thousand participants from around the world annually. Her international career has taken her to London, New York, Bali, and many other wellness destinations.

She speaks openly about the balance between motherhood, business, and personal well-being, and is an active advocate for mental health - sharing her own experiences with anxiety and depression to reduce stigma and encourage open dialogue.

Her most recent project, Flow Dance Meditation, offers a new and joyful way to experience meditation through movement, rhythm, expression, and emotional release.
