Yoga Teacher | Educator | Founder Shanti Loft Yoga Studio
Veronica Miona teaches and lives yoga from direct experience. What began as a personal search for balance transformed into a profound journey of transformation - one that reshaped not just her body, but her mind, energy, and the way she meets life. Her training includes Yoga Alliance certifications and advanced studies, including a 300-hour program in India in yoga and Ayurveda.
Founder of Shanti Loft Yoga Studio and co-founder of Fitness Scandinavia School, Veronica has guided hundreds of students, teachers, and practitioners. At the intersection of being a mother, entrepreneur, and inner seeker, she discovered yoga as a space of return - a place where structure meets surrender and clarity emerges from presence.
Her classes are fluid, intentional, and deeply felt, weaving movement, breath, and awareness into a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and access a more authentic relationship with themselves. For Veronica, yoga doesn't mean becoming someone else - it means returning, again and again, to who you truly are.
A Hatha Yoga practice for heart, breathing, and presence
There is always a love story - with someone, with yourself, with the world, with life, with the divine. This class gently opens the space of the heart and body through a fluid weaving of pranayama and conscious movement, in a Hatha Yoga practice where breath and asanas deeply intertwine. An invitation to slow down, go deeper, and remember that, in the end, everything returns to a brilliant, living, always-present instrument: the heart.

Sound Journey is a sonic immersion in which participants experience the therapeutic effects of sound on body, mind, and energy. The practice begins with a simple body opening and mantra chanting, continuing with a deep meditation on gong sounds, Tibetan bowls, and other instruments.
In Vedic healing traditions, specific mantra sounds have been used to create balance and harmony between the physical body, mind, and soul. Every cell of our body is composed mainly of water, making it an excellent sound resonator; when all systems are in balance and harmoniously regulated, we experience full health and coherence.
Instruments
Yoga has become more visible than ever - in studios, on social media, in retreats and festivals. But with this expansion comes an essential question: is there still authenticity in yoga?
This panel brings together yoga teachers and studio founders from Romania for an open conversation about the balance between essence and adaptation in an ever-changing world.
